IT Support & Network Technician

Full-time and part-time applicants welcome. Work on-site at client locations across the country, in the field and through remote support. We also accept applications for help desk, cybersecurity, security systems and apprentice roles.

Entry-level IT support$16 – $20 / hour
Experienced network & security$22 – $30 / hour
LocationTravel across the United States

Pay is based on experience and certifications.

What you'll do

  • Set up, repair and support Windows PCs, laptops, printers and phones for homes and businesses
  • Install and troubleshoot networks: routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi and VPNs
  • Help clients on the phone and through remote support, and keep good ticket notes
  • Install security cameras, access control and alarm systems with our security team
  • Keep systems patched, backed up and protected from viruses and ransomware
  • Support servers, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 for business clients

What we look for

  • Hands-on IT experience: work, school, military or a solid home lab
  • Clear, patient communication with people who aren't technical
  • A methodical troubleshooter who documents what they did
  • Dependable, on time and trustworthy in clients' homes and offices
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach client sites
  • Willing to travel to client sites around the U.S., including overnight trips
  • Able to pass a background check

Nice to have

  • CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+
  • Cisco or Microsoft certifications
  • Camera / access-control installs and low-voltage cabling
  • Military or security clearance background
